Hand stamping involves stamping each letter or number individually, this means that the letters and numbers are not perfectly straight or aligned and may differ slightly in depth. This is not a flaw, but adds to the rustic character of the item, each item is completely unique. Due to the nature of hand stamping sometimes it may be visible from the reverse.
If the item is personalised, please double check all spelling and numbers as you will not be able to return the item for a refund. However, you can return none personalised products. You can return your product up to 30 days after delivery. To qualify for a return, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in a new and unused condition. Return postage has to be covered by the buyer and it is recommended that you get proof of postage and use tracked postage. Please note custom orders and sizes, cannot be returned.
